The property team is headed by property partner Caroline Stennett. Caroline is well known locally being a director and past president of Southampton and Fareham Chamber of commerce, a director of Business Southampton and a regular contributor of editorial to the local press. 


Caroline specialises in  high consideration domestic property, commercial property transactions and buying and selling investment property.

At Hythe Paul Duffell has  substantial experience in not only domestic conveyancing but also in commercial property work and acting for developers.

In July 2008 CGM incorporated Chartahouse headed by David Hawkins. Whilst being part of CGM, Chartahouse have retained their own identity,their excellent reputation and substantial clientabase. With Chartahouse on board CGM now have one of the biggest property teams in the region.
